Step-by-step guide to our refill scheme.
Step 1
When your product runs out, wash and dry the empty glass container(s) and aluminium lid(s).
We cannot reuse the plastic lids (droppers, sprays and pumps) so please keep these and use them with your next purchase – choose the aluminium lid option for refills.
Step 2
Package up your empties using the packaging from your previous order. If you haven’t got your original packaging please wrap them carefully to prevent breakages and return to us along with your completed refill form.
Step 3
On the same day we receive your empty bottle(s), we will email you a discount code offering 15% off your next order.
Step 4
We’ll dry heat sterilise, refill, and reuse the glass container(s) and aluminium lid(s) with your next purchase, helping us close the environmental loop on skincare packaging.
