Our Refill Scheme.
At Nuts Organic, we are on a mission to leave the world better than we found it.
We will never compromise on ingredients so, we asked ourselves, how can we become even more sustainable?
How have we made changes?

Firstly, we changed our packaging from bubble wrap and jiffy bags to recycled cardboard boxes and added our own in-house stamping to them using vegan, non-toxic and acid-free ink.
We then changed our packaging tape from plastic tape to paper tape.
Next, we added the option of aluminium caps – to encourage you to reuse the plastic lid from your original purchase.
That still wasn’t enough!
So, we are now offering a ‘refill and reuse’ option.
We invite you to help us close the loop on packaging. From cleansing oils to body butters, you’ll now be able to reuse and re-love your products time and time again!
As a brand dedicated to the health of our planet, it’s a no-brainer for us not to take the same approach to our bottles. It just makes sense!
So, how does it work?

It’s important for us to keep costs low for you and so we will be offering 15% discount on all refills to cover the costs of you returning your bottles to us.
Simply return your empty bottle(s), and, once received (providing there is good packaging to prevent breakages), you will receive a discount code by email to use towards your next order.
How can my bottles be reused?

We ask that you empty and wash your bottles before returning them to us. Keep the packaging from your order for this return.
Don’t forget to keep the dropper top for reuse on your next purchase!
The bottles and aluminium lids will then be sterilised using a dry heat method. This is a chemical-free process that destroys any bacteria present by exposing the product to very high temperatures for a prolonged period.
Which products can be refilled?

We are currently set up to offer refills on our cleansing oils, face/eye serums, body oils, and masks. Currently the only products that cannot be refilled are our botanical bath bags (these are compostable), and soaps.
We cannot sterilise and reuse the rolette or dropper lids so we ask you to keep these to use with your next purchase.
